In line with statutory requirements for foundation and voluntary aided schools, we are required to publish details of time taken off by staff to carry out trade union duties.

• One full-time member of staff is currently on long-term secondment to UNISON. This secondment has been in place for over ten years and is fully funded by UNISON. There is no cost to the school for this arrangement.
• Our designated NEU (National Education Union) representative is employed at 0.8 FTE and has not taken any time off for union duties in the past academic year.
