We use the benchmarking tool to gain insight into our costs compared to similar schools however Heathfield’s dual campus puts us at a disadvantage compared to most other schools when it comes to costs associated with having two campuses to manage under one budget. We receive split site funding but this is limited in what it can cover across two sites which results in higher spends compared to other schools in, but not limited to: ‘premises staff and services’, ‘administrative supplies’, ‘non-educational support staff’.

There are no staff employed at Heathfield Primary and Nursery School in receipt of a salary of over £100 000 per year.
